前田氏（及び当職担当被疑者）に犯罪の疑いがないことの理由（事情）として把握したこと――その（７）――
愛知県警察本部刑事部捜査第四課警部伊藤博泰氏が、令和８年３月１日（日曜日）、わざわざ愛知県岡崎警察署を訪れ、同警察署留置施設に拘束されている前田氏に対し、「西三が平井に金を持って行った」「薄葉とYも調べで言っている」「共犯が皆お前だと言っている」「前田は落ちるところまで落ちたな」「従業員まで巻き添いにする気か」「全責任はお前にあるからな」などと言葉汚く前田氏を罵った事実も挙げなければなりません。
四課の伊藤氏が言う「薄葉」氏というのは、六代目山口組十一代目平井一家総裁薄葉暢洋氏を指すと考えられますが、真に薄葉氏やYが警察の取調べにおいて西三商業協同組合からみかじめ料を受領していると自白していたり、真に前田氏以外の被疑者５人において前田氏が金を脅し取ろうとしたと自白していたりするのであれば、前田氏その他の被疑者計６人全員が早期に釈放されることはあり得ません（前田氏は、起訴されているか再逮捕されているはずです。）。
四課の伊藤氏は、このような違法な取調べ手法（切替え尋問）まで用いて西三商業協同組合ないし前田氏を陥れようと企図していると断ぜざるを得ません。
後に判明したことですが、薄葉暢洋氏が逮捕されたのは令和８年３月５日のようであり、一緒に逮捕された人物の中にYの名前はありません（同日配信の中日新聞インターネット記事）。そうすると、同月１日の時点で「薄葉とYも調べで言っている」という四課の伊藤氏の発言は、西三商業協同組合ないし前田氏を陥れる悪意をもってなされた完全な虚偽発言であったということになります。

2026. 5.28 Conflict with Aichi Prefectural Police ⑨
Reasons (circumstances) that we have determined there is no suspicion of a crime against Mr. Maeda (and the suspects in our case) — Part (7) —
On Sunday, March 1, 2026, Police Inspector Hiroyasu Ito of the Fourth Investigation Division, Criminal Affairs Department, Aichi Prefectural Police Headquarters, visited the Okazaki Police Station and verbally abused Mr. Maeda—who was being held in the station’s detention facility—saying things such as: “Seisan brought money to Hirai,” “Usuba and Y have said so in questioning,” “All your accomplices are saying it was you,” “Maeda, you’ve really hit rock bottom,” “Are you planning to drag even your employees down with you,” and “All responsibility lies with you.”
It appears that at this time, Mr. Nobuhiro Usuba, the head of the Eleventh‑Generation Hirai Family of the Sixth‑Generation Yamaguchi‑gumi, had also been arrested. However, if Mr. Usuba had truly confessed during questioning that he had received mikajime‑ryo (protection money) from Seisan, or if the other five suspects had genuinely confessed that the crime was committed by Mr. Maeda, then it would be impossible for all six suspects—including Mr. Maeda—to have been released early. (They would inevitably have been re‑arrested on suspicion of providing benefits to an organized crime organization.) This demonstrates that the Aichi Prefectural Police are attempting to frame Seisan and Mr. Maeda, even resorting to unlawful interrogation techniques (such as “switch‑interrogation”).
It was later revealed that Mr. Nobuhiro Usuha was arrested on March 5, 2026, and the name Y was not among those arrested with him (according to an online article published by the Chunichi Shimbun on the same day). Therefore, Mr. Ito of the Fourth Division’s statement on March 1 that “Usuha and Y also said so during questioning” was a complete lie made with malicious intent to frame the Seisan Commercial Cooperative Association or Mr. Maeda.
