当職担当被疑者は、かつては愛三協和協同組合（旧東部街商協同組合）の役員を務めたことがあるものの、同組合を脱退して引退した後は、西三商業協同組合を含め露天商団体には一切所属していません。
つまり、当職担当被疑者には、西三商業協同組合の利益を図るために、同組合所属の前田氏と行動を共にして脅されたとされる４人から現金を脅し取ろうとする動機がないのです。

Although the suspect under my charge once served as an executive of the Aisan Kyowa Cooperative Association (formerly the Eastern Street Vendors Cooperative Association), after withdrawing from the association and retiring, he has not belonged to any foodstall organization, including the Seisan Commercial Cooperative Association.
Accordingly, he had no motive to act together with Mr. Maeda for the purpose of benefiting the Seisan Commercial Cooperative Association by attempting to extort money from the four individuals who were allegedly threatened.
