前田氏（及び当職担当被疑者）に犯罪の疑いがないことの理由（事情）として把握したこと――その（６）――
実は、脅されたとされる４人のうち１人（A）は、犯行日とされる令和７年７月９日の２日後（同月１１日）、犯行場所と報道される（愛知県）安城市の事務所に突然現れ、応対した前田氏に対し、（屋台の出店について）「今後、西三とは一緒にはやれない」と話して帰っていった事実も重要であると考えます。
すわなち、Aが真に現金を脅し取ろうとされたのであれば、その僅か２日後に、犯行場所とされる事務所に突然現れることは通常では考えにくく、ましてや加害者とされる前田氏に応対させて平然と話をすることなどあり得ません。

Reasons (circumstances) that we have determined there is no suspicion of a crime against Mr. Maeda (and the suspects in our case) — Part (6) —
In fact, one of the four individuals who were allegedly threatened (A) suddenly appeared at the office said to be the crime scene on July 11, 2025—two days after the alleged offense date of July 9, 2025. He spoke to Mr. Maeda, who responded to him, stating that “from now on, we cannot work together with the Seisan regarding foodstall operations,” and then left.
If A had truly been subjected to an attempt to extort money, it would be highly improbable for him to suddenly visit the very location alleged to be the crime scene merely two days later, and it would be even more inconceivable for him to calmly speak with Mr. Maeda, who is alleged to be one of the perpetrators.
