今回から、前田氏（及び当職担当被疑者）に犯罪の疑いがないことの理由（事情）として、当職が令和８年３月９日までに把握したことを明らかにしていきます。
中日新聞が報道した記事では、愛三協和協同組合（旧愛知県東部街商協同組合）の４０代から５０代の男性役員４人（以下この４人を「脅されたとされる４人」といいます。）が、前田氏その他の被疑者計６人に脅されたとされています。
しかしながら、脅されたとされる４人が役員を務める愛三協和協同組合と前田氏が所属する西三商業協同組合とは、（愛知県）三河地区における屋台出店の競合相手であり、西三商業協同組合の前田氏が逮捕されたとの報道がなされれば、脅されたとされる４人の愛三協和協同組合は、三河地区における屋台の出店を独占できるようになります。
したがって、脅されたとされる４人は、前田氏の逮捕報道に多大な経済的利害関係を有していて虚偽供述の動機があり、その４人の警察における供述は信用できないというべきです。

Reasons (circumstances) that we have determined there is no suspicion of a crime against Mr. Maeda (and the suspects in our case) — Part (1) –
Starting from this point, I will disclose the reasons (circumstances) that I have gathered by March 9, 2026, for determining that Mr. Maeda (and the suspects I am in charge of) are not suspected of committing a crime.
According to media reports, four male executives in their 40s to 50s from the Aisan Kyowa Cooperative Association (formerly the Aichi Eastern Street Vendors Cooperative Association) were allegedly threatened. These four individuals are hereinafter referred to as “the four individuals who were allegedly threatened.”
The Aisan Kyowa Cooperative Association, whose executives include the four individuals who were allegedly threatened, is a competitor of the Seisan Commercial Cooperative Association—of which Mr. Maeda is a member—in the Mikawa region’s food‑stall business. If media reports state that Mr. Maeda of the Seisan Commercial Cooperative Association has been arrested, the Aisan Kyowa Cooperative Association, to which the four individuals who were allegedly threatened belong, would in effect be able to monopolize food‑stall operations in the Mikawa region.
Consequently, the four individuals who were allegedly threatened have a significant economic interest in the news of Mr. Maeda’s arrest and therefore possess a motive to give false statements. As a result, it is the fact that their statements to the police cannot be regarded as credible.
